Wednesday April 10th Dinner

Tonight we had slow cooked sirloin beef tips with diced tomatoes, garlic, and onion, couscous and corn. It was a hit. Alecia loved the couscous. 

Tuesday April 9th Dinner

Tonight we had flounder fillets with peas and scalloped potatoes with Vermont cheddar and ham. It was real yummy. 

 

St. Patty's Day Dinner

Tonight's dinner consists of corned beef, Hoppin John and mashed potatoes. It was so yummy. Hope everyone has a great St. Patty's day.
