Wednesday April 10th Dinner

Tonight we had slow cooked sirloin beef tips with diced tomatoes, garlic, and onion, couscous and corn. It was a hit. Alecia loved the couscous. 

Tuesday April 9th Dinner

Tonight we had flounder fillets with peas and scalloped potatoes with Vermont cheddar and ham. It was real yummy.
